From the head L’Initial sparkles with citrus zest and a highly perfumed shower of jasmine petals. The heart then blossoms around a rose absolute overdosed with iris pallida, while the soft, gourmand base delights in a combination of smooth vanilla topped with caramel and paired with delicately sweet tonka bean. All completed with a misty cloud of white musk.
A Lengendary Bottle:Designed by Raymond Guerlain in 1912, its iconic “inverted heart” bottle is underscored with graceful scrolls typical of Art Nouveau. Its avant-garde stopper, in the form of a hollowed heart, evokes the delicate romanticism of this perfumery masterpiece and represented a real technical feat at the time.
