Our Returns Promise
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for:
• Unwanted products (unopened and in original packaging)
• Faulty or damaged items
• Incorrect products received

How to Return

  1. Log in to your account to initiate a return
  2. Print your prepaid returns label (UK only)
  3. Securely package your items
  4. Drop at any Post Office branch

Refund Processing
• Allow 3-5 working days after we receive your return
• Refunds issued to original payment method
• Original shipping costs non-refundable

Important Exceptions
We cannot accept returns for:
• Opened cosmetics or skincare products
• Used beauty tools or applicators
• Products without safety seals
• Gifts without original receipt

Faulty Items
For defective products:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include photos of the damage
• We’ll provide a freepost return label

International Returns
• Customer pays return shipping
• Must include customs documentation
• Refund excludes original delivery costs
